You’re invited to Nebraska Parkour's upcoming Open House on Sunday, January 14th from 1:00 to 4:45 PM! This is a great opportunity for new students ages 7+ to try out our parkour classes free of charge. We have the following signup times separated by age: 1:00 - 2:15 PM: Kids 7-12 2:15 - 3:30 PM: Kids 7-12 3:30 - 4:45 PM: Kids 7-12, Teen & Adults 13+ During each 75-minute session, students will: Learn more about what parkour is, how it is applied in everyday life, and how to use it See experienced coaches demonstrate each activity and challenge Test out parkour equipment by swinging on bars, jumping on landing trainers, vaulting over obstacles, and running up walls, all under supervision Take a tour of the state-of-the-art facility Sign up for classes and membership options We offer classes for ages 7-12 (kids), 13-17 (teens), and 17+ (adults) to develop students’ physical capabilities, logical/analytical skills, risk analysis, and emotional intelligence using social-emotional teaching, risk management, and process-based thinking. Bring your aspiring traceur & ninja to the Open House and try it out firsthand! This event is for new members only, but current members can participate if they bring a friend. Family members and friends are also welcome to attend. Open House is completely free, but an RSVP is required! Limited availability. We look forward to seeing you!

You're invited to a ninja-packed day at Nebraska Parkour's Open House on Sunday, January 19th from 1:00 to 4:45 PM! This is a great opportunity for kids (ages 7+), TEENS, and ADULTS to try out our parkour classes free of charge.

We have the following signup times separated by age (Kids: Ages 7-12 | Teen: Ages 13-17 | Adults: 17+):

  • 1:00 - 2:15 PM: 12 Kid Spots

  • 2:15 - 3:30 PM: 6 Kid Spots | 6 Teen Spots

  • 3:30 - 4:45 PM: 6 Kid Spots | 6 Teen Spots | 6 Adult Spots

During each 75-minute session, students will:
